About Our Company-

Bob and Eloise Andrews opened Ottawa Real Estate in 1963. Eloise's Cherokee Indian ancestry, as well as the town's history, were featured in the company logo, a stern Indian chief, and the Company motto "Ottawa's chief traders." The Andrews had a simple goal, to hold themselves to the highest moral and ethics standards while providing professional real estate services to the community.

The Andrews operated the business continuously until 1992, when it was purchased by Cal Lantis.

1996 brought about a name change for Ottawa Real Estate. They company became Coldwell Banker Lantis and Associates. The ninety years of national real estate experience of Coldwell Banker and the thirty years of local experience were a perfect match.  2006 brought about another change. Lantis purchased Century 21 Land & Homes, a well established regional brokerage. The new company, Century 21 Lantis & Associates will continue the traditions started by the Andrews so many years ago

Services now offered include full line residential and rural marketing, first time home buyers assistance, Internet advertising, the Talking House, national relocation services, commercial and inverstor opportunities, home warranties, and a host of others.
